Last weekend I photographed the beautiful wedding of Katie and Rick at Brookfield barn. I started the day with the girls whilst they were getting ready, I’ve got to say Katie was definitely one of the calmest brides I’ve ever photographed. Having a giggle with her bridesmaids whilst eating biscuits an hour before the ceremony! The ceremony was held in Brookfield’s gorgeous barn, with personal readings from their friends. After lots of confetti and greeting all their guests we took a wonder down the lane to find some bluebells for photographs. Katie loves bluebells and even had them in her beautiful bouquet by Stems of Southwater. The wedding breakfast was served after three great speeches, which meant the boys could relax and enjoy their meal by Gourmet Chef. They even got the chance to carve their own. This was a lovely touch which the guests really enjoyed! There was a great atmosphere in the evening with marshmallows and fire pits outside whilst other guests were dancing away inside.
